Manatee Diagnostic Center, founded in 1985 and located in Bradenton, Fla., provides magnetic resonance imaging, computed tomography, CAT Scan, nuclear medicine, mammography, X-ray, fluoroscopy, and dual X-ray absorptiometry and bone densitometry for various diseases, including cancers. It offers ultrasound services to patients for gall bladder, pancreas, aorta and kidney. The center offers its services to more than 150,000 patients. Its other services, include sonographic diagnosis for neurology, echocardiology, obstetrics and pelvic and vascular systems. The center is accredited by the American College of Radiology and Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations. It also offers its services to schools, churches and various nonprofit organizations. The center additionally provides 24-hour services to patients for various diagnosis. Manatee Diagnostic Center has more than three diagnostic centers located throughout the state.
