Southern Smoke BBQ Catering serves competition style BBQ, the owner has been smoking BBQ over 15 years he decide to take his hobby and turn it into a career. He also trained under 3x World BBQ Champ Myron Mixon, and cooks on a H2o Wood Burning Smoker. His cooking style is hot and fast which gives the same results as low and slow.
