Just getting started 2 months and God has been good and things are going great so far. I finally had the opportunity after years to step out on my own and pursue my long time dream owning my own business and to introduce some real Texas BBQ, through it all I couldn't have accomplished any of this without my wife Azure Bartlett-Strait. She believed in me all I had to do was believe in myself....
Specialties
Our business specializes in Old School Texas BBQ great hospitality and good conversation. Brisket, Pork Ribs, Texas Sausage, Chicken, and Pulled Pork are smoked for 6 to 12 hour. All sides are homemade with a Texas twist. Sides are Potato Salad, Charro Beans, Texas Slaw, Spanish Rice and Baked Beans.
