HistoryThe first complex was built in 1973, with the other three complexes following a few years later. We have a wide variety of businesses located in these buildings - from dry cleaners and hair salons, to insurance agencies and restaurants.SpecialtiesWe are four separate buildings that lease both office space and retail space. We face both SR 434 and SR 436. We have many different sizes of space for lease in both retail and office. We do offer month to month leases on some of our office spaces.
