Martyn has been a practicing attorney in Miami-Dade County since 1983, and he is also a member of the Virginia Bar. He received his Bachelor Degree from Florida International University and his JD from Stetson College of Law. He limits his practice to real estate, family, and personal injury law. During his career he has tried dozens of jury trials and he is an experienced trial attorney. Over the years he has litigated and settled several wrongful death and other tort cases resulting in settlements in excess of $2,000,000. Martyn resides in Miami with his two wonderful children Kirsten and Eric, ages 11 and 8. He is an avid motorcyclist and small aircraft pilot. Yvette is a Florida native and entrepreneur with over 20 years of business experience. As a title agent, she has been involved in over 3,000 commercial and residential real estate transactions in Florida.
