Even though The Spotted Gallo officially opened it's doors on December 5, 2018, the Spotted family had been serving delicious Nicaraguan dishes at its former location, Chayito's, since 2011.

In what can only be described as a wink from the Universe, our Nicaraguan Eatery is located off of GALLOway (87th Ave) and Flagler. We are a modern mom and pop (and husband, wife, sister, brother, and sister-in-law) shop, that features the familiar flavors of the traditional Nicaraguan dishes you've already come to love, as well as our reimagined takes on those classics. Stop on in and enjoy a home cooked meal, or a cool craft brew; indulge in a chilled sangria, or a refreshing natural juice. The Spotted Gallo family is looking forward to both welcoming, and sharing our #GalloEats with you.
