Growing Leaders is a non-profit organization that partners with schools, colleges, athletic depts. and organizations to develop todays emerging generation of leaders.We equip educators, employers, coaches, youth workers, and parents to understand and connect with this generation and offer resources to spark conversations and life-changing experiences with them.We believe our hope for the future rests in how well we prepare our young. Far too often, we have prepared the path for the child, instead of the child for the path. Students graduate loaded with talent and potential, but remain unready for a career or ill-prepared to pursue their dreams because established leaders have not equipped them to lead the way into the future.
