This gym is located in the back of the Maple St. Shopping Center. There is ample, free parking. It offers crossfit training and boot camps. Membership in the gym is required in order to take part in the programs. Personal training and nutrition plans are also options. Corporate packages are availbe for employers who want to set up fitness plans for their employees.
