The Cartersville-Bartow County Airport, located in Cartersville, GA, is a public use airport owned by the Cartersville-Bartow County Airport Authority. Constructed in the late 1960s, it is classified as a General Aviation Airport and is the 7th busiest of its kind in Georgia.
The airport recently completed a major runway paving project, along with the addition of an Engineered Material Arresting System (EMAS) bed.
