Founded in 1974, Mundy's Mill Middle School provides a variety of educational programs to students in grades six through eight. Its academic curriculum includes various subjects, such as English, foreign languages, social studies, mathematics, health and physical education and science. The school provides opportunities to participate in various academic competitions, including quiz bowl, Odyssey of the Mind and Science Olympiad, and spelling bee, mathematics and writing competitions. It offers several athletic activities, such as basketball, football, track and field and swimming. Additionally, the school provides guidance counseling to students. Mundy's Mill Middle School is a part of Clayton County Public Schools and is located in Jonesboro, Ga.
