Dr. E. Scott Middlebrooks, M.D., is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon specializing in adult spine disorders, reconstructive spine surgery, and minimally invasive techniques. Practicing at Resurgens Orthopaedics in Lawrenceville, he provides expert care in cervical and lumbar spine surgery, total disc arthroplasty, and kyphoplasty. Dr. Middlebrooks earned his medical degree from the University of South Alabama College of Medicine and completed his orthopedic surgery residency at The Carolinas Medical Center. He further specialized in spinal surgery through a fellowship at Pennsylvania Hospital in Philadelphia.
