I opened Eckweb Designs, Inc. with the intention of offering website design services. After all, it was 2000 and the competition online just wasn't very high. But within the first year, it was very apparent that my customers wanted much more than just a website. They wanted that website to work for them. So, I began digging into the process of SEO and found it so fascinating and rewarding, that I shifted the focus of the company from website design to SEO. I haven't looked back since.
