HistoryCoach William Fawcett played college tennis at the University of Findlay in Ohio. After college, worked as an instructor at Lakewood Racquet Club in Lexington, Ohio. The came down to Marietta, Georgia and worked as a Staff Professional at Fair Oaks Tennis Center where I worked with a seven year old Melanie Oudin currently on the WTA tour. Then I became the Head Tennis Professional at Kennworth Tennis Center in 2000 where I developed my own tennis academy and directed my first summer tennis camp. I have coached city champion teams at the junior level and adult level. I have developed many junior tournament players who have gone on to play at the high school level and collegiate level. This year will be my 15th year directing summer camps at Kennworth.SpecialtiesWe offer programs such as a year round junior tennis academy, beginner and advance beginner lessons, private lessons, team coaching, summer camps, adult drills, cardio tennis, round robins, and USTA sanctioned tournaments. We also string tennis racquets.
