The first year was devoted exclusively to supplying local farmers with custom sprayers, tractor front mounts, starter fertilizer applicator knives, sprayer part, pumps and hoses. The decision a made in 1977 to establish a dealer network and move into a primarily wholesale market in the southeast area.From this modest beginning, Van's Equipment Company has grown to supplying over 600 dealers in the southeast area and employs over 20 shop, parts and office employees.
