Dan had accumulated 10 years of broad based real estate experience prior to founding his own brokerage, having spent his first year in the business with a local real estate firm, followed by 9 years with one of the major brokerage companies. Land, its enjoyment, intrinsic value, and use, has been one of Dan's passions for a large part of his life, leading to a career in his cherished profession.
