History
Kristi was born into a real estate family. At one point, 38 family members were licensed real estate agents. Although Kristi took a circuitous route to the family business her experience in journalism, marketing, event planning, management and strategic planning created the perfect background for her segue into real estate. She and her Grandmother formed the Sally Washburn Team in Keller Williams Realty's Dunwoody office in 2007 and worked together until Sally's death in 2009. In 2010, Kristi affiliated with Keller Williams Realty Atlanta Partners in the Peachtree City office. Kristi has lived in Peachtree City since 1990.

Kristi engages in ongoing training and education to ensure that she remains knowledgeable of emerging real estate trends and technology. As a native Atlantan, Kristi is familiar with all of the metro area surrounding Atlanta although she specializes in Peachtree City, Fayetteville, Sharpsburg and Senoia in Fayette and Coweta counties.
