over sell under deliver, don't plan on getting your delivery on time. they will give you a date and tell you they cant deliver they don't have enought trucks.

No show.. I was given a time frame from 1-5 so waited home all afternoon for a new fridge and no one ever showed up, called, nothing. It's Friday so I'm sure I'm without a fridge all weekend too....
