This medical facility, managed by Grady Health System, was named in honor of Dr. Otis W. Smith, one of Atlanta's first black pediatricians. Adult and family medicine, pediatrics and family planning services are practiced here. There is also an on-site lab. A pharmacy is conveniently located near the rear of the facility.
