History
I initially began helping people by creating groups that experienced the up's and down's of a body transformation together - and guided this with sound nutrition education and proper exercise demonstrations - to help everyone make informed choices. The success of these groups over the span of 3 years led to my nationally accredited personal trainer certification with the American Council on Exercise and the incorporation of Powered UP Systems. After years of training people and boot camps at their homes, parks, parking lots, etc. we moved indoors during the summer of 2013. In the summer of 2014 we moved and upgraded our facility to its current location, which is over 4000sqf. We currently have a second trainer on-staff and a few interns that provide additional tremendous value to our members. Several of our members have achieved great results and we hope to include yours to that list soon too!
