The Second Baptist Church of Douglasville stands out on Broad Street with its walls of bright red brick, tall white steeple and large iron bell, located in the front yard. The church is currently led by Pastor Donnie Smith. The only service held here is on Sundays at 11am. This tiny church was originally constituted in 1916 and was remodeled in 1974 under Pastor Ralph Tapley's leadership. A passenger van is available to pick up congregation members.
