Mr. Warncke represents disabled professionals and executives when their insurance companies refuse to pay disability and life insurance benefits. Mr. Warncke has handled hundreds of high complexity, high value disability cases, recovering tens of millions of dollars in disputed benefits for his clients. He has litigated in federal and state courts under federal ERISA law and under state bad faith insurance laws. In 1988 he graduated from Georgia State University, magna cum laude, and in 1991 received his J.D. from the University of Georgia School of Law, cum laude. He was part of the 1991-92 UGA National Moot Court team that won second place nationally in brief writing and advanced to the quarter finals in oral argument in New York City. Since 2000 he has been a partner in a firm now known as Evans Warncke Robinson.
