After graduating from UCLA, Chef Kristin attended the Le Cordon Bleu, California Culinary Academy in San Francisco. In 2004, she moved to Hawaii to launch her career as a chef, and has since trained and collaborated with an expansive, diverse team of master chefs and renowned restaurants to hone her kitchen skills and culinary technique.

In addition to Hawaii Regional cuisine, Chef Kristin is well-practiced in Chinese, Indian, Argentine, Japanese, Filipino, Thai, Mexican, Lebanese, Italian and American fare, including many traditional family recipes, such as Moo Shu Duck, and her house special Crispy Pata. All meals can be modified to accommodate dietary restrictions or concerns, including gluten free, vegetarian, vegan, allergies or other sensitivities.
