The Onomono team has worked in the restaurant and service industry for almost 15 combined years. Belonging to the Millennial Generation, the team understands their needs and desires as a market demographic and seeks to both inspire and nurture. Our team is specialized in the quick-casual restaurant industry, having worked under an established brand and serving over 2,000 people daily. The team has been trained and hardened to handle high-pressure situations and is always looking for new challenges and opportunities.
Specialties
The Onomono: Seasoned brown or white rice, coated in panko and fried to a crisp golden-brown. Onomono can be stuffed with just about anything and are served with a variety of made-from-scratch sauces. The Onogiri: Sandwich-style Musubi. Nori-wrapped rice replaces bread with a generous portion of filling. Onogiri can be filled with any type of topping, from Salmon and Ume to Club House and Philly Cheesesteak!
