Located in Waukegan, Ill., Glen Flora Elementary School is a learning center that offers classes in a variety of subjects, such as language arts, math, reading, English, computer applications, science, social studies, and health and physical education. It has a staff of more than 40 full-time certified teachers and paraprofessionals that includes a physical education instructor, academic support teacher, computer technician, librarian, social worker, psychologist, Title I aide, speech therapist and custodian. Glen Flora Elementary School also provides health care, meal and transportation services to the students. The school organizes a range of cocurricular activities, such as movie nights, picture days, student assemblies, fall festivals, talent shows and book fairs. Glen Flora Elementary School teaches students in grades one through five and is a part of Waukegan Community Unit District 60.
