Made a reservation at 9 or 10 am my job changed so I canceled an hour or two later and this location charged me for the stay and Marriott did nothing to help

Bed bugs found, they had the room disinfected that morning yet allowed check in that afternoon. Who does that? Then wouldn't allow a room transfer at midnight. Life long Marriott titanium...
