HistoryAfter 13 years with the Deerfield Multiplex as the director of fitness and personal training, the time was right to break the bonds of the club environment. Simply stated, it was more important to invest in serving the athlete than it was to just sell another package of sessions. I took over the direction fitness and personal training at Midtown Bannockburn from 2005-2006, but again found the focus of the club to be more about income than the individual. ASAP Training became Eaton Sports & Fitness, and was incorporated in 2007.SpecialtiesEaton Strength & Conditioning collaborates with athletes to develop a plan to achieve each individual's optimal performance. Each individual is screened for movement skill, leading to a needs-based assessment, then to a personal program for physical performance enhancement.
