HistoryI have been a therapist for 15 years and have had experience in several settings including inpatient, day hospital, therapeutic day school, and community counseling agency. I have been in private practice for 10 years.SpecialtiesI've enjoyed working with children, teens, adults, and their families for many years in a collaborative, confidential, therapeutic setting. I bring a warm, relational style to my work that is supportive and centered on your needs and goals. The families and individuals I see may be facing a wide variety of challenges including anxiety, depression, behavior issues, transition, grief and loss, relationship issues, or troubles at work, school, or home. I strive to understand the needs and goals of each individual or family I work with and provide them with the support and resources they may need to assist them through their journey toward personal growth and a more fulfilling, satisfying life. I have specialized training dealing with trauma and also the social, emotional needs of the gifted/talented. In order to accomodate the varying and busy schedules of those I work with I offer daytime, evening, and weekend hours and have offices in Libertyville and Lake Bluff. Give me a call
