MEFit is the result of the growth of an aerial business (ETEDance) established in Chg Hts in 2005 with a Satellite studio in New Lenox, IL. We have now expanded into a coed full fitness facility with a range of training and dance modalities that build upon an atmosphere of friendship and comraderie.

Book your party now! We are currently available for small parties up to 12 guests but we will be expanding and open Movement Evolution Fitness, Inc in the spring of 2019 with an 8,000 square foot facility offering aerial fitness (pole dancing, lyra, hammock) and traditional fitness (group circuit training, yoga, Zumba, Barre, weight room, personal trainers, etc) to adults ages 18 and over. We also host parties for bachelorette, birthday and other special night out celebrations in pole and chair dance as well as hoop/lyra with up to 20 poles and an after party room.
