Management Recruiters of Bloomington franchise was established in 1979 by Al Snedden. Roy Luitjens joined the firm as an account executive in 1983, having great success, Roy purchased the business in 2008 as President of Premrose Partners, Inc. Maintaining the franchise name and great reputation well nurtured. Roy Implemented his Core Business Values that have a proven track record to be successful. In 2015 Jeremy Burkhart was given the opportunity to become a Managing Partner and Co-Owner, who will follow tradition by utilizing the same core values paved by Roy Luitjens and Al Snedden.
