Went in to get my eyebrows done, and sat there for about 15 minutes for her to tell me it was by appointment only. No where does it say appointment only. She could've communicated better.

The care that this man took with my daughter's hair the time, the effort. She has hair to her waist, thick. He blow dried that hair as long as it took. She looks amazing! Highly recommended!
