History
Sunshine Garden Center started out back in 1978 as a maintenance and lawn care business and quickly grew into a landscaping business. In the fall of 1985 the store in Diamond (our current location) opened its doors. In November of 2013 we were in the path of one of the tornadoes that came through the area. It left our store intact but destroyed our greenhouses and some of the buildings we had on the property. With our rebuild underway and a new look we launched the New Sunshine. It has inspired us to take a different approach on gardening and life. We have come a long way the last 2 years, but there are still exciting, new things on the horizon for us.

Sunshine Garden Center is a retail garden center that brings a unique outlook on gardening all year long. We carry everything from trees and shrubs to perennials and flowering annuals along with supplies needed to help your plants get the best care possible. Our extended non seasonal lines provides something for everyone anytime of year. The Lettuce be Local farmers market has an indoor winter garden and coming in the Spring of 2016 a full scale vegetable garden on site to ensure you know where your food is grown. We carry all the seasonal specialties as well as a growing assortment of hand made and local items. We strive to bring value to shopping at a small family owned business.
