Susan has long been interested in life balance, and the pursuit of physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health. She founded Susan Kirk Reiki to share the healing power that she had herself experienced from other Reiki Masters. Susan's experience is that Reiki energy comes from a Higher Source. Some call it God; others a Higher Power; still others consider it simply a life force. Susan feels the Reiki energy enter her body and flow out of her hands. Since this comes from an infinite supply of healing energy, Susan is not giving of her own unique energy. Susan is a Christian and active in the church but she is also open minded to different ways of experiencing and sharing God's love, and she has seen first hand how her patients can deeply relax as they lay, fully clothed, in a calm, safe and comfortable environment, and experience the rejuvenating effect of Reiki.
