Justin Moon barbered with local legend Fred Fromm for over a decade. Then he spent 3 yrs at Precision barber shop. In 2019 he opened his own shop uppercuts barber shop. He has over 25 yrs experience cutting hair, 18 of those yrs as a professional barber in Springfield IL .
