Margaret McFarland Middle School is an educational institution that offers academic and extracurricular programs to more than 150 students in grades seven and eight. It provides lessons in science, language arts, mathematics and social studies. The school also offers special education services, as well as participates in the English as a Second Language program. It conducts classes in art, music, physical education and Spanish. Margaret McFarland Middle School also maintains a media center that provides students access to various research databases and electronic resources. The school is a part of Indiana Public Schools, which governs more than 75 elementary, middle and high schools.
