T.A. Kaiser Heating & Air is a locally owned and operated business founded by Tim Kaiser in the fall of 1987. Tim Kaiser began his HVAC career in 1968, and founded T.A. Kaiser Heating & Air while originally working out of his van and using just a quarter of the space in his garage for his fledgling business. Today, the company employs over 180 people and has expanded its operations from the Indianapolis and surrounding areas to also include both Charlotte, North Carolina and Nashville, Tennessee. The company specialized in sales, service and installation for heating and air conditioning products.
