Kelsey Phippen, MS, RD, LMNT, LD pursued her passion for nutrition at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, where she earned both her Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Nutrition Health Science and Dietetics. She completed her dietetic internship at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics in Iowa City.
Prior to her corporate dietitian role, Kelsey worked as an in-store Hy-Vee registered dietitian for more than five years. She also has experience working as a dietitian in long-term care as well as with the WIC program (the Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants, and Children).
