Nicole Johnson, RD, LD, has been a Hy-Vee dietitian since 2007. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in dietetics from Iowa State University and completed her dietetic internship at the Veterans Administration Hospital in Bay Pines, Florida. Nicole can be found in the produce department encouraging people to include more fruits and vegetables in their diet. Another passion of Nicole's is employee wellness; she organizes flu shot clinics and biometric health screenings.
