Smart Property Management is a division of DMH, a local property management firm with holdings across the Des Moines area and in Cedar Rapids. Smart Management oversees the maintenance, administration, accounting, insuring and bill collection for DMH's collection of West Des Moines properties. They also act as a consultant for property management issues and help tenants manage recieverships and other property issues.
