The first is a comprehensive online moving reputation management integrated with booking, customer feedback, and a ButterScore that equates to the level of trust established for a movers. The second are real-time mobile applications for customers and movers to perform on-site surveys, manage the move, and capture automated feedback after a successful move as to how the customer feels. By integrating the online and offline capabilities, we aim to make a seamless moving experience that delivers the absolute best moving experience the moving and storage industry has seen.
