A subsidiary of Reliance Steel and Aluminum, Precision Strip was founded in 1977 in Minster, Ohio. The company has grown to nearly 10 locations throughout Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky and Alabama. Its facilities include more than 2 million square feet of building space that houses approximately 20 slitting lines, five cut-to-length lines, three oscillate slit lines, one blanking line and one perforating line. Each of the plants are strategically located to provide just-in-time warehousing and delivery service to the automotive, appliance, industrial products and beverage can industries. Precision Strip has a location in Woodburn, Ky.
