Bangor Theological Seminary, a renowned institution in Portland, ME, concluded its long and meaningful journey with its final Commencement Service in 2013, marking the end of an era while paving the way for a new chapter. Although no longer offering graduate degrees, the seminary's rich 199-year legacy of providing exceptional theological education and nurturing individuals called to ministry lives on through its spiritual successor, The BTS Center.
As the Church undergoes significant changes, Bangor Theological Seminary's historic mission of equipping and supporting men and women for leadership roles in faith communities remains steadfast at the core of all their endeavors as they embark on their third century of service.
