Lake Region Middle School serves more than 300 students in grades seven and eight. Its curriculum includes English, language arts, social studies, science and technology, mathematics, computer science, fine arts, music and physical education. It provides a variety of intramural activities and interscholastic sports, such as basketball, football, soccer, swimming, tennis, track and field, volleyball and wrestling. The school s facilities include classrooms, an auditorium, theater, gymnasium and a cafeteria. It has a library and a media center that offers a collection of atlases, dictionaries, encyclopedias, fiction and nonfiction books and reference material for students and teachers. Located in Naples, Maine, the school is a part of the Lake Region School District.
