The Havre de Grace Arts Commission brings performing artists and other events to the city of Havre de Grace throughout the year. Its mission is to "Coordinate, promote and support performing and fine arts events within the city." The meetings are held the fourth Tuesday of each month at 7pm. All members are appointed by the mayor and then confirmed by the Havre de Grace city council. Summer concerts events are organized by this commission.
