G. Shelton McMullan, MD, is board-certified in internal medicine and gastroenterology. He cares for patients with a broad range of disorders of the gastrointestinal tract, including acid reflux, irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), inflammatory bowel disease, and liver disease, with a focus on helping each manage their condition and improve their quality of life. Dr. McMullan is a graduate of the George Washington University School of Medicine and Health Sciences, where he also completed an internal medicine internship and residency training. Additionally, Dr. McMullan completed a gastroenterology fellowship at MedStar Georgetown University Hospital.
