Maryland Capital Enterprises, Inc. (MCE) is a private nonprofit organization that has been supporting local small businesses in Maryland since 1998. As the only CDFI, SBA, and USDA intermediary lender in the state, MCE provides business loans, consulting services, and education to entrepreneurs and business owners. With a mission to help Maryland businesses succeed, MCE offers resources and assistance in starting, expanding, and purchasing businesses, as well as credit building opportunities.
