Dr. Tong earned his Bachelors in Stomology, his Masters and Doctoral degrees in Orthodontics from the West China University of Medical Sciences. After relocating to the United States, he earned a Specialty Certificate in Pediatric Dentistry from the University of Maryland Dental School, where he currently serves as a faculty member.
