Not enough wire for the plug should be 6 inches. That's against code and a complete joke for a so-called professional electrician.

Once again, short wires against code should be minimum of 6 inches

This plug was arcing against the metal box causing a breaker to trip constantly in the basement.

10 gauge wire with a kink running into the AC unit should be eight gauge with no kink.
