Incorporated in 1982, People Acting In Community Endeavors, also known as PACE, is a nonprofit organization that offers a range of services to individuals from the low-income group. It has a staff of more than 200 employees. The organization operates a variety of seminars, workshops and health access programs. People Acting In Community Endeavors administers housing services, fuel assistance and head start programs. The organization manages a family center that offers a variety of adult and parent education services. It also provides the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance and Individual Development Account programs. Additionally, it provides a range of dental care services.
