ChoiceOne Bank is a locally owned, independent community bank located in Northern Kent County, Mich. It was founded in 1898, when it established its main office in Sparta, Mich. ChoiceOne has grown to three full service branches and six ATMs throughout the county, in addition to offering Internet banking, check imaging, cash management products and complimentary 24 hour telephone banking. ChoiceOne Bank is part of the ChoiceOne Financial Services holding company, which also owns and operates two subsidiaries to better serve its customer base: ChoiceOne Mortgage Company of Michigan offering residential mortgages and ChoiceOne Insurance Agencies. The insurance subsidiary provides insurance products and investment options, such as brokerage services, mutual funds and financial advice. Its insurance agency offers insurance products in home, auto, business, worker's compensation, umbrella coverage and key person coverage.
