It has grown to become a world-class manufacturer of expanded polystyrene based products. Team Industries develops, tests and markets EPS products under the R-Control brand. Its products and systems include structural insulated panel, perform guard termite resistant EPS, geofoam, insulated concrete forms and fabricated parts and packaging, as well as structural building components for walls, floors, roofs and ceilings, a variety of rigid insulation products for building, R-Control EPS for geotechnical applications and custom fabricated EPS.
